Så er det ved at være 30 år siden den første TEKKEN udgivelsen. Derfor fejrer Bandai Namco fødselsdag med et event i Stockholm.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Nordic AB invites you to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the TEKKEN series at BANGER in central Stockholm on November 29. Attendees will receive gifts, enter competitions, and celebrate the history of the highly popular fighting game. TEKKEN will be showcased and playable across five generations of PlayStation consoles.
The event will also feature special guests Katsuhiro Harada, who has worked on the series since the very first game and served as executive producer on TEKKEN 8, and Michael Murray, longtime developer on the series and producer on TEKKEN 8.
The original TEKKEN first launched in 1994 in arcades and on PlayStation, as one of the first games available on Sony’s first video game console.
TEKKEN 8, the most recent entry in the series, was released on January 26, 2024, and has received major critical acclaim.The TEKKEN series has sold 57 million units worldwide.
