Verdansk is back in Call of Duty®: Warzone™. To honour its return, the Football Club of Versailles (FC Versailles) will temporarily become the FC Verdansk. This unique identity change reflects the significance of this return as players rejoice in (re)discovering the iconic playground in its finest form.
The kickoff for this partnership between Xbox and the club took place this morning on digital platforms with an unprecedented rebranding of the Versailles club in tribute to the return of the legendary “Verdansk” map for Season 3 of the latest Call of Duty® installment. This collaboration continues with the creation of an Xbox Series X console and controllers in ultra-limited editions.
For the span of a week, FC Verdansk will unveil exclusive content to prepare its battalion of supporters for its next match on April 11th, where players will be boasting the unique Xbox x FC Verdansk jackets made to celebrate the collaboration. Tactical briefings, skills refining, showcase of the best shots, new loadouts… Each day will bring its share of information and revelations.
More than 125 million players have dropped into Warzone since launch. Verdansk the map has been rebuilt from the ground up to recapture the original battle royale experience, but now with stunning new textures, improved visuals to create a more immersive play space. Every building, every road has been refined to create the most incredible Warzone experience yet.
