- Arenas: Duels
- Introducing a variant of the fan-favourite is Arenas: Duels, a new limited-time 1v1 mode where 30 players chain randomized duels over a 5-minute match. Loadouts, spawn points and Legends are all randomized, though abilities are initially disabled for a pure test of gun skill and movement. A live leaderboard tracks performance, offering both a competitive edge and a great warm-up option. Later this split, abilities will be enabled for a fresh twist on the mode. Competitive or casual—Legends choose how they show up.
- Fresh Limited-Time Cosmetics
- Players can dress sharp with all-new Legendary Legend Skins for Rampart, Octane and the Peacekeeper, as well as Epic Weapon skins and Wattson’s “Apex Icon” Prestige Skin with matching Dive Trail.
- Legend Updates
- Wattson
- Wattson’s Electrified Door mechanic adds greater impact to her fences, forcing enemies to engage her more cautiously. A reduced Tactical cooldown also makes fence setup quicker and less punishing when repositioning.
- Vantage
- Vantage’s new Tactical improvements create smoother gameplay and a more fluid experience using the updated Echo. Peeking with her Ultimate without the Laser and upgrading into Gun Shield reduces risk when lining up shots in late-game scenarios.
- Ash
- Ash’s lowered base Dash cooldown offsets the removal of double-dash, and swapping her Level 2 and Level 3 upgrades brings the double Ult charge upgrade earlier in the match, supporting her team’s mobility.
- Audio Improvements
- Legends may notice clearer audio cues in the Games with friendly zip-lines and non-threatening enemy footsteps now de-prioritized.
