ICU – Intensive Care Unit 8 is a single-player horror game where you are trapped in a looping hospital corridor and must spot anomalies to find a way out. The game is built for players who enjoy tense observation horror in the style of The Exit 8 and Shinkansen 0, but with its own hospital setting, dangerous anomaly encounters, progression twists, and multiple endings.
Players must carefully observe the corridor, notice what has changed, and decide whether to continue forward or turn back. Some anomalies may be subtle, while others can become direct threats, forcing the player to react quickly and find the correct way out before it is too late.
The full game will feature 30+ anomalies, including 10 extreme dangerous encounters, 3 ultra-rare anomalies with extremely low chances of appearing, several different endings , and more.
