Jonatan “Loda” Berg is not only a living Dota legend, TI winner, and co-owner and CEO of the world-renowned Esports organization Alliance. Some fans may know Loda’s history with music and seen clips here and there, but now he is proud to share his latest single “Hero”, which is a tribute to the game and passion that shaped his life.
“Loda” had the following to say about the song release:
“Hero is the latest track I have released. It is a tribute to a game I’ve played for almost 20 years of my life.”
“Dota is love, dota is life” says “Loda” and continues:
“My thinking was around making something for Dota. And I of course thought of some heroes. However, the Creep was the one that ended up stuck with my head. Of course we take the creeps for granted. That’s the whole thing. It’s like they’ve literally been in every single game of Dota ever. He just has some small dreams and just wants to play an important part.”
The song is already getting traction in the Dota community and is available on Spotify, and with a music video on YouTube. The music and lyrics are performed and written by the legend himself, and was first publicly played during the Dota 2 Berlin Major.
