Bandai Namco Europe releases today the brand-new game in the Taiko no Tatsujin franchise, Taiko no Tatsujin Rhythm Festival, available now on Nintendo Switch™.
The game is available with the following options:
-The Standard Edition: This includes the base Taiko no Tatsujin Rhythm Festival game and 7-days of free access to the Taiko Music Pass.
-The Taiko Drum Set Edition: This includes the base game, the Drums, and 7-days of free access to the Taiko Music Pass.
A Digital Deluxe Edition will be available later and will contain the Standard edition with 90-days access to the Taiko Music Pass.
Players drumming skills will be put to the test with 76 songs that will be included in Taiko no Tatsujin Rhythm Festival in the Taiko mode. In the Story mode, they will journey to become a Drum Master alongside DON-Chan and Kumo-Kyun. Additionally, players will be able to compete online against each other or team up with friends in Party Mode. They can even personalize their appearance by purchasing items like nameplates and outfits with “Don Coins”, earned throughout the various modes.
Players looking for more challenge can subscribe to the Taiko Music Pass to have access to a catalog of more than 500 songs with monthly updates adding new songs. More details are available on the official website.
In addition, Players with a save data from Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum ‘n’ Fun will receive 3 bonus songs as well as some customization items.
